If you already have saved your private email adress in our system, you can request a new password here. If not, please contact IT-Service-Point.

[1] If you forgot your password, you can use the "generate password" function. For this, your student register number/identity card number and your private email address is necessary. This private email address must be stored in the IdM system of the OVGU before.

[2] To be able to use our password resetting service, employees must give their identity card number (or any other ID number).
